Deck Type: Insulated Concrete Deck with Insulation


Membrane: Waterproofing Membrane


Drain Modifications:

  • Underdeck Clamp (-C): Secures the drain to the roof and sump receiver. 
  • Roof Sump Receiver (-R): Square, flat steel pan that the roof drain sets in when mounted to the roof, it is normally secured underneath by an underdeck clamp.
  • Vertical Expansion Joint (-XJ): Threads into the bottom of the roof drain to allow for expansion and contraction of the drain due to temperature.
  • Zurn Ballast Guard Extension (-85): Also called a Perforated Stainless Extension, this goes under the clamping ring, and functions as an extension and gravel guard.
